Pacific Coast Banking School Staff
David A. Enger
is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Coast Banking School. He is a former banker, president and founder of the Business & Banking Institute, owner of several businesses, and noted national speaker. Enger taught at PCBS for over 25 years and has been the CEO since 2000. He is a sought-after consultant to several national banks.

Lydia Philpott Medina
is the Chief Operating Officer and Registrar for the Pacific Bankers Management Institute in Seattle, Washington. A veteran of the organization, Lydia has served the organization in virtually every administrative capacity over her career for 40 years. Lydia has made significant process and quality improvements in her present leadership role. Educated at the University of Washington, and a long-time member of the Seattle community, Lydia serves as a volunteer for several local non-profit community service organizations working with the homeless and children.

Jane Reddie
is the Pacific Coast Banking School (PCBS) Student Relations Manager and Assistant Registrar, handling student enrollment, housing, extension work and the PCBS lending library. She has a B.A. in Journalism from San Diego State University and a certificate in Technical Writing from Bellevue Community College. Before joining the PCBS staff in 1998, Jane worked as a newspaper editor and reporter, as well as owning an office supply store. She has been active in her community, serving as President of an area Chamber of Commerce and Soroptimist International Club.

Claudeen Lyle
is the Director of Business Development, responsible for student recruitment and communication with special groups and bank organizations. She herself is a former banker, who was involved in financial consulting, valuation, as well as teaching financial management seminars for closely-held businesses. Claudeen authored financial management seminar material and retail finance articles for several years. In the last decade, she was involved in financial consulting and marketing for several businesses, as well as developing and marketing women’s ski equipment for K2 Corporation. She has over 30 years entrepreneurial experience in managing a civil litigation law firm, a private school of ski instruction, and her own travel business. Claudeen received her BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington and completed graduate studies in Finance, Administrative Organization and Marketing.

Amy Smith
is the Faculty and Curriculum Manager for the Pacific Coast Banking School, communicating with PCBS faculty members and various University of Washington groups to coordinate PCBS session logistics. She joined PCBS after seven years in public education, teaching Business Mathematics and Personal Finance to high school seniors. Prior to her time in education, she spent several years as an Executive Assistant at Franklin Templeton. Amy received her B.S. in Mathematics from Southern Utah University and completed graduate work in Education and Curriculum.
